What are the best aspects of this product?

I really like this tool and I have so many reasons why I do. For one thing, users like me are given a number of options when it comes to cloning. I can perform keystroke-level cloning, object-based cloning, as well as screen cloning. It also works really well at automating Excel. The developers even provide developers with certification. Added to that, there is also a vibrant community where you can ask for help about any problems you may encounter using the tool. The tool also has a mobile app that lets users monitor their bots even while they're on the move. The control room that comes with this tool also functions the same way, where you can control your bots from afar and even run scripts. I also really like their IQ bots, which I have found to be something unique to them and not available in similar products. The screen recording feature is also something I appreciate, since it makes automation script creation easier to do.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think that there could be improvements implemented when it comes to their source control, since the current version can get very confusing.
