Automation software that works really well

What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the things that I was really impressed with was this tool's control room, which I could use to keep track of numerous bots being used in just one application. I also appreciated the fact that I could rely on IQ bots and metabots when it came to scheduling tasks for bots that are unattended. On top of all of that, I can also us this tool to automate daily tasks so I not longer have to think about them throughout the day.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think there is still a lot of room for improvement, especially when it comes to remote desktop machines. I've found it difficult to connect to those machines and have tasks automated from those machines. This tool also has a difficult time with surface automation, as more often than not it ends up failing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this tool, I've been able to free up a lot of my time since I've been able to automate daily tasks without any problem. I'm now able to do a lot more things now that I don't have to take care of daily routines first.
