Gives its users a lot of options

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the flexibility it affords me when it comes to creating automation scrits, thanks to the many different options it gives me with regards to integration components. I also like the components that come preintegrated with this tool, since it gives the tool extensions functions that aren't just functional, but are also accessible from within the product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

In future versions of this tool, I'd really like to see it give users more options when it comes to personas that are reusable, especially when it's being used for Front Office Automation.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The two areas where this tool has been incredibly helpful to us have been in bringing down costs and in improving our efficiently, both horizontally and vertically. This has allowed us to work better and service our clients better.
