Great tool to automate office processes

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are numerous things that I really like about this. For one thing, it is so user-friendly and learning how to use it isn't difficult either. I didn't have to worry about a steep learning curve when I started using it. I also appreciated that I could reach out to call and deployment support whenever I needed it. Their Customer Success Managers are reliable and the Online Learning University provided has also been a great help. I also really like customer events and the customer community that has grown around this tool, and really enjoy participating in botathons.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They definitely have more room to add additional features, such as Date-Time, String, and Mathematical Operations. I think this improvement would be appreciated not just by organizations, but by individual users as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has really saved us when it comes to effort and time, since data uploading does not need to be done manually any longer. All of its positives -- user-friendliness, reliable support, a healthy community, useful knowledge base, and the sense of competition brought by the botathon -- have also been really great benefits that I appreciate.
