What are the best aspects of this product?

The thing that I like the most about this tool is how its UX and UI is so sleek and clean. The visual editor is also something I appreciate. I've been able to use this tool to automate tasks I do daily, all thanks to the features it has for automation building.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have to admit that this tool is priced a bit higher than I would like.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The areas where this tool has been a great help have been in workflow recording, visual editing, and in managing and executing bots.
