Really brings the convenience

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how convenient it is to use, thanks to the drag and drop feature as well as the aesthetically pleasing visual editor. I like how it automates complex tasks and how I can use task bots, meta bots, and IQ bots. Other features that I like are the credential vault, its use of SMART Automation Technology, and its scriptless automation. I also like how it automates IT and business tasks intelligently and how quickly it automates tasks that are complex. I appreciate how I can take this tool and automate the recording of mouse clicks and keyboard strokes. I can also use this to delegate tasks to multiple computers, and schedule tasks to run even on a locked computer. I like how it is so user-friendly that you don't even need to have previous programming knowledge. The way it automates removes the possibility of human error, and it speeds up transactions and saves you time and money. Transferring, importing, and exporting data can also be automated.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are a number of hiccups in the 10.x version of this tool that I hope are resolved in the 11.x version.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this tool, I've been able to take care of a number of problems I've encounter in Excel and SAP. It's user-friendly, powerful, and can take a complex taska and automate it without any problems.
