Really increased our automation

What are the best aspects of this product?

As an RPA platform, I like how it has increased our automation productivity. It is really friendly to tech newbies and doesn't present them with a steep learning curve to grapple with. I also appreciate that I can monitor and analyze bots from its control room. Another feature that I like is its PDF integration, since it automates the extraction of data from a PDF. I also like how it has made it easy to automate almost any application thanks to its meta bot feature.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think one area where it can improve is allowing us to run external scripts, such as Javascript, Python, and PHP.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've been using this to automate tasks I need to do over and over, such as logging in to college websites. It has been a really big timesaver for me.
