Really useful when automating at an enterprise level

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how intuitively the commands and actions are categorized. I don't really need to write or even memorize code, and the drag and drop function is so user-friendly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do wish that this tool was lighter, since currently it takes up a lot of disc space and can end up bogging down your system and making it run slower than usual.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

When it comes to company use, it has been really helpful in freeing me from high volume tasks that are repetitive and don't really add any value.
