What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how powerful this tool is. When it comes to features, I really appreciate the web recording feature, since I can be sure that it can capture even the most minute detail.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I really like this tool overall, but I have to admit that its OCR feature could really use some work since it doesn't work accurately. The text it grabs is often the wrong one, and it is probably the only feature of this tool that I don't like using.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This has really helped me to alleviate the tedium I feel at work, since routine tasks can now be automated and I don't need to think about them any longer. My time and my resources are saved and I can use it for other things instead.
