What are the best aspects of this product?

I think me and a lot of developers appreciate how this tool is so easy to use and navigate. The fact that its built-in commands number in the hundreds is also a big draw for me. It makes automation so much easier to do.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If you're new to this tool, it can be a bit difficult getting the hang of it. But once you get over that hump, it can be a really powerful tool and really easy to use. That said, maybe future versions can be friendlier to tech newbies.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

There are so many things that this tool has helped us out with. When it comes to the business, it has automated the process for generating reports as well as checking the health of the server. Because of this, we've been able to promptly deliver requirements and business reports. We've been able to provide excellent results to clients, utilize our resources intelligently, and manage our projects efficiently. The control feature has also allowed us to work from anywhere, since we can use it to monitor bots, manage machines, resource, schedule, and control bots, as well as manage user access.
