What are the best aspects of this product?
First of all, Auvik is a very straightforward platform to use - from tracking networks, drafting reports, all the way to client billing. It allows us to grant access to our team members and, so far, they have yet to complain about its usability. It makes putting together reports and other necessary data seem a lot less daunting as well. It makes documentation storage possible too. For example, we've been able to share our standard of operations and other routine tasks with new team members through this platform. On top of all of this, their customer support extends above and beyond what is expected of them too.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Only one: the network mapping. Right now, everything works OK, but there's still some room for improvement.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Auvik makes it a lot easier for us to identify specific snags within our network, and then address it accordingly. It automatically alerts us whenever an issue has been detected and provides details regarding the problem.
