What are the best aspects of this product?
It makes my job easier as compared to before. I can check, make follow-ups, and file for disputes online. There is no need to place a phone call or wait for replies via fax and email. I'm able to submit claims and get approvals in less than two hours. With this process, our company is assured that insurance companies pay us right on time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are instances wherein I'm unable to verify the customers' insurance plan thoroughly. This is because of incomplete information from the system. If this happens, I always end up making a few phone calls to fix things. The good thing is that this doesn't happen often.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Verification is much easier and convenient for the rest of the staff and me. It allows us to make follow-ups on claims daily besides our approval rates are trending upwards, which means that we are doing a lot better.
