What are the best aspects of this product?

Handling claims and resolving disputes has never been this convenient through Availity. We love the way it works by giving us all the pertinent information in just one system. Before using Availity, it takes us days to verify the status of insurance claims, but now we can do it in only a few minutes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some insurance companies that Availity doesn't support. You have to get in touch with their team to have the company included in the system. The problem is it takes too long for them to complete such requests. This is frustrating both for our clients and us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our revenue cycle has improved immensely in the past quarter. Almost all of the insurance claims have been approved and billed on time. We are happy with Availity because our business is no longer losing essential revenue.
