What are the best aspects of this product?

I am usually loaded with tons of verification tasks and other workloads in the office, and I'm always behind things. With Availity, I was able to do more things, such as checking our remittances from insurance companies.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I need to dedicate some time to learn more about the platform. I'm new to this, so there are times that I feel challenged. But if I familiarize myself with Availity, things will be better. I am usually loaded with tons of verification tasks and other workloads in the office, and I'm always behind things. With Availity, I was able to do more things, such as checking our remittances from insurance companies.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

You can simply log in to the system and check out the existing eligibility and plan coverage of each patient. Payments reflect the real-time and are viewed through the platform, so I consider it a very convenient setup.
