What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that there is possibility for image backups and restoring files that are missing. The backup process is smooth and quick thanks to the de-duplication. The interface is great, it can be easily used in comparison to other products. This is great software to work with and you are able to backup everything you need.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that this tool can be used only by enterprise businesses. The process of de-duplication slows down when backing up because of the constant changes of log files.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to solve the issues with backups and to convert over to a disk backups and then it would be replicated it to other office location. I like that the data can be restore easily. Files with more than 100TB can be backed up within minutes.
