What are the best aspects of this product?

The Live Streaming platform is easy to use, fully customizable and the customer support is always open to give guidance. I had many questions and they we're glad to help anytime wich is a big plus in my book.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When I tried the Demo version for the first time it was a little bit problematic for me to figure out how it really works but now they developed an interactive helpcenter so it's easy to learn how to platform works.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to have a free lifetime customer support.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I was looking for a reliable live cam product which could work without interruptions because I couldn't afford any technical issues of this kind.
