What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the filtering options, especially the "NOT" feature because it's really helpful in removing the data/information that you don't need.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is a data limit, so the data previously gathered, such as comments, will be deleted once the limit is reached. I hate that because it doesn't allow me to check old comments which may be useful in creating reports.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use it to understand consumer behavior which helps us improve our product.
