What are the best aspects of this product?
My job is to help my clients in email marketing. I must say, that I am really satisfied with Aweber and their customer service. They care about their customer needs and they respond to every request. They constantly grow and upgrade their system so they could provide us with everything we need to run our businesses. I love the ability to turn off the double opt-in.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I can’t really say that I have something that I don’t like about this system. I have heard some complaints from my clients that it’s a little difficult for them to run the system. They could work on their trainings and make them more understandable.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I work as a business consultant and as technology trainer. I am here to solve the problems of my training customers and help them to create and maintain effective and responsive lists. I give lectures to business owners and their employees on how to stay in touch with their clients. Aweber really helps me to do my job.
