What are the best aspects of this product?
I have been with Aweber from their beginning and I’ve enjoyed every feature. The app provides you with direct live support. The platform is user-friendly, intuitive, and simple, great tool for tracking your contacts. It provides with many features and I want to use them all.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They really work on their improvements. I don’t have anything to dislike by now.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I am able to stay in touch with my clients, organize my emails according to my client’s interest, also I like the ability to create great looking emails, and they look really professional. I often get feedback from my contacts either right away of after a long time. Aweber helps me to stay in touch even with the customers who are interested in my services but are not ready to use them, this helps to build close relationship with them.
