What are the best aspects of this product?
Aweber is number one in e-mail marketing field, they care about their customer success. I believe this app will stay for long. It provides us with many helpful and beneficial services such as: user-friendly newsletter templates, free online trainings and videos, helpful customer service, great technology, and many blog articles that give advices on how to do marketing and grow our business more effectively.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I struggle with new updates, it’s difficult for me to figure out how to use templates, how to create dashboards, how to create what I need in exact moment and etc. Aweber doesn’t use cookies cutter approach system and this helps me to stay one-of-a-kind with my messages and brand.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Aweber allows me to add to my client base, I can connect with my potential customers. With a small budget I can connect individuals to my company brand. This app really helps me in my marketing strategies. I am able to send short videos without click-a-link option. And what’s great, my customers are able to forward the email to other friends, they can even add links to other social media websites with opt functions.
