What are the best aspects of this product?
When it comes to e-mail marketing, Aweber is N1. It customer service is one of the best and they really care about their customers’ needs. I look forward to work with this app in the future. There are lot of helpful services that this program provides: user-friendly newsletter templates, free online trainings and videos, responsive and helpful customer service. You can find lot of blog articles that offer great advice on marketing, they are highly helpful if you want to expand and grow your business.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It can be difficult to learn how to use the templates, create dashboards and whatever I need in specific moment. It doesn’t use cookies cutter approach system.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I can add to my client’ base and connect with my potential clients. It doesn’t require lot of budget in order to connect individuals with our company’s brand. This tool is extremely helpful for our marketing strategies and projects. I can send short videos and our customers can forward the emails to their friends, or they can add links to other social networks by using opt functions.
