What are the best aspects of this product?

I’m using Aweber for a long time, before this app I tried other software but none of them met my needs when it comes to email marketing and list management capabilities. I highly recommend this product to my partners. I especially like the drag-and-drop feature. Also, this tool allows me to create professional looking emails and to drop my old custom HTML design templates.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is no way to import a list into the platform effortlessly, and this means that when I want to import my contacts they had to go through double opt-in process, but thankfully their customer support have removed the double opt need.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

My job is to help coaches and to provide consultant packages, market, brand and to help my clients sell their services. This app helps me to build an email list and relationships with my contacts. I’m able to create ongoing sales and reach new clients.
