What are the best aspects of this product?

Aweber allows you to create different email folder so you can reach different target markets. We use this app for prospects and sales, and even to send some educational emails to our team members and other employees. We create these educational emails in a long series of emails and we are sending them one week at a time. The email material is written only once and when we have new employee we start them on the first mail and they will receive the rest automatically.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We would like to import our client’s list, but there is no such option, we have to enter one or two email addresses at a time, but, on the other hand, I appreciate the fact that Aweber is really trying to avoid and stop any spam emails. The app allows us to send emails to those who really want to hear from us, and we realized that spamming is only waste of time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Aweber helps us to keep in touch with our potential members so they can easily join our health clubs, most of them join the club right away. I am allowed to set up copy emails and send them to our potential members.
