What are the best aspects of this product?
User friendly, intuitive and simple system. The platform is really helpful and efficient. Their customer service is great, always responsive. When I have some issues or questions they are always ready to help, and show me the best way how to share the newsletter in the first place.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes the system is slow. Also, it lacks some functions, for e.g. the existing template for my newsletter doesn’t have “allow” the bold option. I don’t want to lose my time in searching for new platform and starting over again, I am really satisfied with this one.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Aweber allows me to keep up with my readers, and I can tell that my readership has increased by 10x or even more. Also, I understood what my readers want to read and what they avoid. The app helps me to prioritize my content.
