Works fine if I want a cloud-based solution.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I still prefer using notebooks and Integrated Development Environments, but if I were to choose an online solution, it would be Cloud9. It's speedy and it's simple--two things that I look for in a solution like this. It has an auto-off feature also, which helps me save tons of cash. To top it all off, the benefits and the final output can be accessed right away.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This isn't exactly an issue with the product itself, but I don't particularly like the cloud environment. There has been a couple of issues along the way too in terms of order and compliance of the program.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I used Cloud9 to try to see if it has the capabilities to do screen sharing. This way, I can work with my colleagues even when I'm away from my office.
