PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Zero! This EMR had problem after problem! The only aspect of this product that was good was the DEMO and that turned out to be a false representation of the EMR product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nearly everything that we needed to have in place in 2018 was not available to us. We were told that it was coming and it was being rolled out soon, but nothing ever was. We sent 25 different emails regarding our concerns and nothing was ever fixed properly. We could not bill, we could not stay compliant UNLESS we did everything through our back office and manually. Ours account representative Laurel Battle did not return phone calls or help. We ended our contract within the correct time frame due to false representation of the EMR ! Since March 2020 we have been trying to gain access to our charts in a read only format and they are holding our charts hostage unless they receive.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Nothing

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

NO!! AXXESS NEVER FULLY RESOLVED ANY PROBLEM AND THEY ARE NOW HOLDING OUR DOCUMENTATION HOSTAGE!!
