What are the best aspects of this product?

It is almost second-nature for us now to create the algorithm we need on R and Python first, and then launch them here in Azure. This process makes a lot of sense to our business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Right now, Azure does not allow us to retrieve data from salesforce. We have to go through hoops and loops just to be able to do so. One such workaround we have discovered is to first go through SQL Server before linking it to salesforce. It would be nice if we were to have a more straightforward process.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Azure is almost exclusively used as our launcher. We initially create algorithms via R and then run them through this program. It is this process that makes it possible for us to work with other platforms.
