B12 has no clue how to design a Podcast Website

What are the best aspects of this product?

It has an editing interface that is easy to use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The company lacks the knowledge of they type of website that I was building. It made promises to deliver but it never could figure out how to embed the podcast player to update all episodes as they are released.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

B12 has no clue how to set up a podcast website. Even with guidance (the theory of how it works), giving examples of other podcast websites they still cannot deliver on what they promised. They cannot do a simple embed to my podcast host site to this new website. They delivered a product with dead links. Once they launch the site you cannot contact them to get the problem fixed or your money back. I am thinking about walking away from them now altogether and writing off the fee they charged to build a website. My advise to others is to beware of this group before you hire them.
