What are the best aspects of this product?

B2BBricks is compatible with my tablet and mobile i can access this crm from anywhere.
Reporting system in that CRM is awsome.
I can track my employee activity through b2bbricks CRM.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I'm using since last 4 years and as of now im happy with that product.
