What are the best aspects of this product?

What I don't like about other translators is that they somehow twist the context around--but Babylon does not do this. as much as possible, it preserves the essence of the text, which is great. I've added it as an add-on on my browser and I've been able to get translations of words with just a click of a button!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think that this is a very brilliant tool. However, there isn't much support given to users.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We did not need to do high-commitment installments just to get our text translated. Babylon continues to help us in our work everyday with ease.
