What are the best aspects of this product?

First and foremost, there’s a 15-day trial which allowed me to see what this solution is capable of. It has helped me decide whether or not it is worth my money. Next, the solution is very easy to use and simple. It automatically and constantly backs up all my files so there’s no need to worry about forgetting to back up a certain document or project. Aside from that, the storage is unlimited. It is also pretty cheap. I am just paying $5 every month for the service. Last but not least, I had a wonderful experience with their support team. They know their thing, give step-by-step troubleshooting instruction, and always respond to my concerns quickly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For three and a half years of using this service, I never had any negative experience. Hopefully, this awesome experience will continue for long.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am not using any type of backup until one of my friends stressed the importance of securing data. He suggested saving all the data in two places as a solution to future problems that may lead to losing all the data. After that, I started to back up my files on two external drives and my laptop. My friend recommended this service and I’m glad I gave it a try. It did save me a lot of times. One time a client asked for a project revision. I was editing the design when something went wrong the file got corrupted. Thanks, to Backblaze, I was able to restore the original file. Though I had to redo the revisions, it's better than starting from the very beginning. Backblaze has saved me the time, effort and money as well.
