BackBlaze is easy to use and affordable product, I have used other backup software solutions but this one is second to none. The price you pay is $5/month, and it allows you to backup unlimited amounts of information and data from your device. It’s simple to install, log in to the account you have made and then the software does everything for you. It’s automated and in the background. The restore panel sorts the files in a tree so you can easily download them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They do not offer versioning for backed up files, it would be very useful to save the data in case of hardware failure and for protecting of some unwanted changes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps me to protect my data. BackBlaze does the work automatically without wasting my time for doing the backups.
