Helpful, simple and effective system

What are the best aspects of this product?

Setting up BackBlaze is very simple, it allows me to select drives and files. I love the control panel feature, it provides me with information of how much I have backed up and it provides me with assurance that my files are save. I can keep private key encryption on the uploaded files. It doesn’t have lot of costs for thumb drives and hard drives and it has simple download and restore system. It allows me to do full restore quickly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The interface is cumbersome. It would be great if there is an easiest way to search files and to better know how date ranges for restoration. I would like to see specifying file masks, search on modification date and some file attributes. I would like to use it in case of single file restore. There is no option to specify file masks for the backup.
