What are the best aspects of this product?

Upload your file and forget about it. $5 monthly and you have more than 3TB backed up of the files that are extremely large (image sequences, 300GB ProRes exports) I’m able to use the whole upstream connection so I can know that the upload is fast.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like to back up some network shares or to have some other way in order to back up some huge data. It takes 80 days in order to upload a file of 3TB. Also, it would be great if they could include family pricing, but this is no big deal because the price is affordable.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With BackBlaze I’m sure that my important files and information (video files, client’s projects, Vector Works files, designs and many other) are in secure place and never at risk. I love the fact that I can deliver great service to my customers.
