What are the best aspects of this product?

BlackBaze is so simple, it works on “click-and-install” solution. Its tech support is great and the software doesn’t have any kind of issues or bugs. I love their unlimited backup. You could add on subscriptions and they will pro-rate and keep all of the subscriptions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Whenever I connect external drives to the systems drives are automatically added, and I receive emails that for e.g. drive X is no longer connected.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It offers simple backup for local drives, google apps, and a file server. I haven’t experienced break down of this software and I’m using it on two devices. I have to say that along with this product I’m using another one so I can be sure that my data is never lost.
