More than just a backup solution, it’s a lifesaver!

What are the best aspects of this product?

The available storage is unlimited. The backed-up files can be accessed with so much ease. When a drive hasn’t been backed up in a certain number of days, the tool notifies me. But the best thing about using this tool, it will save your life.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Backblaze runs on internet connection. My internet connection is good but backing up files still takes FOREVER! It is annoyingly slow. I once had a video project with a file size of about 700GB and it took the tool several days to back the file up. It is so slow but still better than not having a backup at all and losing everything. I love this tool but it requires patient and good internet connection.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I used to save all my work in just one hard drive. During those times, it has not crossed my mind the hassle and pain of losing everything. I never thought that the precious hard drive will one day stop working until it did. I lost everything! A friend recommended Backblaze and since then it has secured my files.
