What are the best aspects of this product?

All I did was set up the tool on my computer. It automatically backs up files so there’s no need to do anything. This tool does its job while I do mine. It is reliable, comprehensive, and simple. It also provides a private key for the backed up files, which I like because it gives me peace of mind knowing that no one other than the one who holds the key can access the files. The unlimited storage is also incredible considering that the service is affordable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I haven’t tried restoring the files that are backed up by this tool so I really can’t say that there’s nothing to dislike about Backblaze yet. But hopefully, the process is straightforward and easy. But so far, the tool is great.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our company is using Backblaze to back up each computer that we use. It is pretty easy and simple to set up. And because of the tool’s reputation in the industry, we know we can rely on it.
