What are the best aspects of this product?

They provide a pretty decent set of features to manage your payments. Transaction fees are also very affordable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Customer service is terrible. They don't reply to emails or tickets, even in urgent cases. It's a big issue for a company that you want to entrust your financial transactions with.
