Foolproof!

What are the best aspects of this product?

The best thing about Bandicam is that it has a foolproof 1-2-3 step of recording videos or screens. Once it has been set up, all you have to do is to click on the section of the screen that you want to record and it will start doing so. Locating the files after is pretty easy as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I understand that Bandicam is still in its formative stages--with new rollouts and updates being introduced regularly. However, these can get in the way of my smooth workflow, which I find very annoying. But whatever setback I’ve experienced here, the customer reps were quick and easy to remedy. Communication between us was swift and thus the problem was easily resolved. Worst case scenario: if your PC cannot support the new Bandicam update, you can request for the team to push you back to the previous version.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I’m really grateful that I stumbled upon this quick and easy screen recording solution. Its free version has sustained me for quite some time and I’ve been able to launch a lot of YouTube gaming videos with its help. And this is exactly what sets Bandicam from the rest of its competitors--it offers a free version while but still manages to provide quality videos for you. However, know that the free version will only allow you to record up to 10 minutes, so make use of that information however you will. So you may ask: is Bandicam the absolute best when it comes to recording screens? I can’t really claim this because there are more programs that are far more superior to Bandicam. However, if you’re just starting out and would like an easy-to-use tool that is as intuitive as it is robust, then you would do well to make use of Bandicam.
