What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the main selling points that Bandicam offers is that it allows users to record the screen while recording a video from the webcam too! While this may sound complicated, the execution is actually far from this assumption. All you have to do is to input in the settings that you want voice and video to accompany your screen capturing and you’re done! It produces really good quality of videos, plus the files are easily transferable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing. Although I initially thought that Bandicam was to blame for my recording issues--I couldn’t record properly because I thought Bandicam kept on resetting. However, as it turned out, it was my computer’s settings that kept on refreshing itself. The Bandicam group was quick to help me fix this too. Still, just for extra measure, I recommend that you test out your program to make sure that everything is indeed being captured.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Bandicam has solved all of my screen recording (and even editing) needs--a thing that I’ve increasingly found myself to be in need of in my industry. I can easily walk team members and clients through a recorded view of my screen. The quality of the videos is second to none too.
