What are the best aspects of this product?

One great feature that Bandicam offers is that it allows you to limit the screen recording view. This means that you can show only a fraction of your screen to get your message across. At some level, this gives me the privacy that I need.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The program used to take up only a small amount of space in my PC. However, with the recent updates, the size seems to have doubled, causing my PC to lag and/or freeze.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use this mostly at work. This has been really useful in my workflow--I can easily log bugs and issues with it. The “hotkeys” or quick commands are particularly useful when I’m in a hurry to capture the screen too. The output files are properly compressed as well.
