Really worth the money!

What are the best aspects of this product?

The possibilities of using Bandicam are endless! I usually tap into this software to record my gaming sessions, however, one can easily fire this up when recording client walkthroughs and team training too. I can see this being really useful in the academe as well. It has really good features. For one, it allows you to record your screen while simultaneously running your webcam on the background--capturing both you and the screen. Editing your audio and video is quite possible too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Bandicam can be quite tricky sometimes as it intermittently resets your preferences, leaving you thinking that you’re recording when you’re actually not. My advice: save yourself the trouble of recording hours of footage only to realize that the screen hasn’t been recording by checking your settings every time you turn on Bandicam. Another thing, Bandicam doesn’t seem to have enough robustness to support graphic-heavy games. I’ve tried to record my screen on particularly larger files of games and my PC would crash.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use Bandicam mostly to record games in my leisure time. However, I use this in the office at times too. It’s particularly useful if I need to record training and other things to teach backs.
