What are the best aspects of this product?

NONE - this is a dodgy company so my advice is not to use them

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The management do not care about customer resolution and I had my account cancelled for complaining to them

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Again - don't even think about using this company - dodgy beyond words.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

They use clickbait to lure you into a monthly subscription which you can't cancel easily (and without argument) and if you wish to complain you then have to write (snail mail) to their office in London. Now just think about that for a second - they are a digital company, yet customers have to write to their London office. Why?
