A very solid project management platform with a reliable team.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It does a good job organizing discussions and storing them out of my e-mail. I was able to set it up in a way where if there's a new message, it'll automatically be sent to my inbox. I can delete the message anytime since all messsages are typically found in the Basecamp discussion thread. Whenever I'm involed in a project, I simply head on to over Basecamp to see my assets and team conversation so I can be up to speed with the current situation.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

To be honest, Basecamp has everything I need for managing my projects. It's so good at what it does I simply have nothing bad to say about it. I find the platform all-around perfect!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The biggest issues we were able to solve with this platform is communication, client asset gathering, and decreasing the amount of time wasted searching for antying within e-mails. Clearly, the benefits include saving lots of time and completing projects in an efficient manner to know our current position with things and knowing the responsibilities of each person.
