Centralized Location For Our To-Do Lists and Follow Ups

What are the best aspects of this product?

Our conversations are stored in one location. Though we still use emails, wikis, agendas, and Google Docs, Basecamp still has the best features, namely notification of follow ups and reminders. We are all Indonesians so we don't use English often yet Basecamp enables us to work efficiently with minimal use for English because its instructions and guides are all easy to understand.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I do not think it's any fault of the system. Our people tend to forget ticking their to-do lists once they are done.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Basecamp improved our communication and coordination within the organization, whether tehy are full time workers, part time stag or outsourced parties.
