What are the best aspects of this product?

Basecamp helps in organizing project discussions and more importantly, it contains all of those discussions within the system and away from my email inbox. I have it set up to notify me via email when there's been a new message. Still, I can erase the email since the message is saved within the discussion thread in Basecamp. When I go to the project details in to a project, I need not go deep as Basecamp provides me all the info I require. No more digging through tons of emails to retrieve the most current feedback and trends.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Basecamp is perfect. There is nothing I don't like about it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Communication was our biggest problem and Basecamp was the answer. We now save more time and complete more projects than ever since everyone on the same project can see exactly where were and who is working on what.
