What are the best aspects of this product?
Batchbook is am awesome customer relationship management and database software. This software integrates amazingly with Formstack, Mailchimp and Hootsuite. We are using it mainly as a database. We use tutorials to maximize the use of the software. We often use the “tag” feature, because it helps to identify our customers and to make a distinction between client groups and our partners. With tag feature we can easily create lists and import the lists to Mailchimp.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
In my opinion, they need to work on some changes in the Mailchimp analytics in Batchbook, like users’ details: how often they open emails, do they click on the links, if they’ve unsubscribed from a list, and I need all these notifications in my Batchbook. I have to waste my time to remove people from my batchbook database if they’re unsubscribed. In addition, Batchbook doesn’t pick up duplicate emails or emails that come from integration, and it doesn’t merge the mails automatically, I need to do this manually and merge all contacts.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Batchbook helps you to find contacts in your database in less than no time, you can search for users using specific tag, or by name, or even based on their company. In addition, you can add user’s contact information quickly and update it automatically.
