Functional but also quite expensive

The dashboard is easy to understand. The application is easy to use and navigate on. I can easily search and reply to customer feedback.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Expensive application. There are other apps with a cheaper price that can be used as alternative. Communication in the app takes a lot of effort to understand.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Syndication. Having more reviews from different channels.
