What are the best aspects of this product?

There is a lot to like about Bazaarvoice. The first one would be it is a great tool for collecting genuine reviews from different websites and retailers. The syndication of their reviews are quite significant and from relevant websites and retailers. Second, They provide us a way to contact our customers, follow up on them, to check end-user experience, and provide them better experience. Third, I am learning the importance of reviews after subscribing and using this application.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The dashboard could use some tweaks so that it can provide a summary of important information. I hope for the integration price to be cheaper, too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Collecting feedback from our users and also communicating with them directly for improvement, building an SEO footprint, and just the assurance to our customers that we are genuinely listening to them so that we can provide them better end-user experience.
