What are the best aspects of this product?

BB is a fantastic product; there is no question about that. But what I like most about this platform is the team that works hard to support its clients. They always make sure that they can provide solutions to our problems no matter how hard it is. I also appreciate that the company behind BB allows users to rebrand products and services, which is helpful to many entrepreneurs, especially those who are just new in the industry.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some features are supposed to be included in the product's purchase package; however, it seems that it's not available. I have to spend extra bucks to install plug-ins from other providers, which is not cost-efficient. CS told me that they are already doing something to address this concern.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Setting up a brand new website or updating existing ones are no longer my primary concern because BB will take good care of it. I can easily upload data, reports, and disseminate essential information through the help of BB.
